Holiday Room Reveal

This is my first blog post EVER! How exciting right!?!? (Well I’m pretty excited) I decided to share one of my favorite rooms in our house, my daughters room. And since it’s December it’s all decorated for Christmas and extra cheerful.

The kids have 4ft trees in their rooms that they get to decorate any way they want (because “my” tree is in the living room lol) they use their special ornaments from the past, their adorable handmade ornaments and the new ornament they pick out each year. I got their FLOCKED TREE at Walmart for only $25!
The kids also love the advent calendar. Sydnie’s advent calendar is from H&M home. It has cute little pockets that I fill with a candy or hot chocolate & candy canes for some of the days or on other days a note (because the pockets aren’t big enough to hold much) with a clue for her to find a fun Holiday craft (examples include: some ornaments that you color, Christmas coloring pages, beaded bracelet craft etc. & I found most of them at Michaels for $1)
Her BUNNY DUVET set is also from H&M home & matches her advent calendar. I fell in love with this cute winter bunny print because it goes so well with her bunny picture that hangs year round in her room. The hand drawn SANTA PILLOW is from Linen & Ivory & the Pom Pom blanket & mini tree is from Target.
Last but not least Sydnie’s favorite corner is her art corner. Are your kids obsessed with arts and crafts? Mine sure are! I love having a little table and chairs in her room, she is constantly asking us for more paper to make us “cards” it’s the sweetest thing. And having her art supplies in a little crate makes it easy to pick up and move off the table if she decides to have a sudden tea party with her dolls. (that also happens often!)
