Creating a Simple Cozy Tablescape for a Fall Brunch with Your Besties
Creating a cozy fall tablescape doesn’t have to be complicated. Here’s a straightforward guide to setting a warm, inviting table for your fall brunch.
1. Use Basic Tableware
Plates: Opt for simple, neutral-colored plates or ones with a subtle fall theme. I used my sand colored scalloped plates.
Cutlery: Basic stainless steel or gold-toned cutlery will work well. I used my Matte white and gold flatware, that I bring out for special for occasion.
Glasses: Use clear or amber-colored glasses for drinks.
Tip: If you’re short on matching pieces, mix and match what you have for a charming, eclectic look.
2. Select a Simple Centerpiece
Option 1: Arrange a small vase of fresh fall flowers in the middle. I love grabbing flowers from Trader Joes, they are affordable and I can put together my own arrangements. I added water in a mason jar and then set the jar inside my fluted metal planter.
Option 2: Place a small pumpkin or gourd in the center of the table.
Tip: For a no-fuss centerpiece, use a bowl of seasonal fruit like pears.
3. Delicious Fall Food is a Must
Creating a cozy fall recipe is all about embracing the flavors and warmth of the season. Think hearty, comforting dishes that make you feel all snuggly inside. Here’s a simple recipe for Pumpkin French Toast…
4. Set the Mood with Music
Create a cozy atmosphere with a fall-themed playlist. I searched up “Nancy Meyers Fall” playlist on Spotify. For a feel good vibe that makes your brunch even more inviting.
