I hope your start to the new year is off to a peaceful and positive beginning. As we enter the first week of January I love to simplify, reorganize, and reestablish routines.
There’s something so refreshing about decluttering, whether it’s letting go of things we no longer need or refining our daily habits. A clean, organized space for me seems to inspire productivity and peace. It's been a small but meaningful way to reset and align with the goals I’m setting for this year.
In addition to home organization, I've also been getting back into my routines—things like meal prepping, scheduling time for movement, and prioritizing self-care. January is always a great reminder to give ourselves a little extra grace as we ease back into a rhythm, but also to put those healthy habits into motion.
