HOLIDAYS & PARTIES

Our Halloween Party 2021

Our Halloween party has become an annual thing, and its so much fun! This years Halloween party was simple, sweet, and not so scary. I pulled together some things I already had in our Halloween bin from previous years, I made a “Happy Halloween” banner using felt, cutting out the letters by hand, hot glue and glitter. I bought a few new things, like the black pumpkin chalkboards (on the table) and white and black striped goodie bags from the Target dollar spot. The Halloween “creepy cloth” I used behind the banner and on the table are from Joannes, the real pumpkins on the table and flowers are from Trader Joes and I linked everything else that I could for you HERE:

The party was at 2pm so I didn’t serve food, just treats! They had apple cider to drink (with pink cotton candy on the top of their cups and a spider) caramel corn, homemade caramel apples that Sydnie made herself, cupcakes, a small meat and cheese tray and cookies. The girls decorated their cookies, played mummy bowling, and Halloween Bingo. I wrapped individial bags of candy and tied them with black and white ribbon for prizes.

Sydnies costume this year is a Magician. Her coat is from Gap a few years ago, paired with black and white stripe leggings and boots. I made her magic wand and bought her hat from Joanne Fabric and added pink ribbon and gold stars to it. The best part of Sydnies costume according to her is her “lucky bunny”, Oliver.

All the sweet laughter, listening to a Halloween song playlist on Spotify and a sugar rush of candy it doesn’t get better than this.

Whats your favorite thing to do in the fall? Next on our fall bucket list is the pumpkin patch. Happy October friends!

XO- Jamie
